I've abandoned my blog for IDK how many days.
So, what have I been doing? And where have I been?
I was away to Kem Terendak Melaka for an eleven days selection for Pegawai Kadet UPNM before this. Now, I'm spending time waiting to for the day to enter UPNM. :) :)
Woooottts, PEGAWAI KADET. I'm gonna be a pegawai at this age. HAHA proud proud.
Okay, frankly, these eleven days is really fun. Met a lot of new friends & THEY ARE SERIOUSLY NICE! Let's go on to what happened during that eleven days selection.
First day,
they checked our height, weight, eyes & blood pressure.
Seriously, it's not easy to meet all the requirement they set.
Just first day, so many got kicked out and sent home.
I really pity them because some of them come from far place such as Kelantan, Perak, Kedah etc.
And yet they don't even have a chance to stay one night in the camp. But what to do. No choice. In the end, in our camp ( just Melaka camp) , five hundred plus people get to stay.
That's just in Melaka camp, there are four other camps in Sabah, Sarawak, Subang & Sungai Besi.
Imagine how many people want to enter this military local-U.
The camp is really big, so we will have to go to our hostel by bus.
Since its just first day, there's a bus from UPNM to send the ladies back to hostel & around the camp.
For guys, sorry, they have to sit in truck. HAHA.
So, that's the first day.
At night, we were sent to the hall to fill in some forms.
Thats the end of the day.
Second day,
On the 2nd day, we did our medical check up.
HAHAHAHA, that was seriously an unforgettable experience for everyone.
I did urine test ( drug & pregnancy test) for the first time in my life.
It was seriously awkward as we will have to pee in front of a female staff. ( to prevent cheating I guess )
I went in first with another friend.
Two of us had difficulties to pee & the staff was impatient till she said,
"I'm Going to count till 20 and if I finish counting but you both are still not done, then you gonna stay in the toilet forever" HAHAHA
After the drug 7 pregnancy test, we went for blood test,
Everything went well & then it's time for body check up.
I was in the first group ( 5 in a group )
I think I was lucky enough because the doctor didnt ask us to take off our clothes.
What I heard was after our group, everyone else who went in was asked to take off their clothes to check if they have Buasir & etc. LOL
*LUCKY ME*
After body check up, we then went for dental check up.
We waited for so so so so (x infinity) for just that few seconds inside.
._. Lamest moment ever, I suddenly have gastric attack.
Seriously, so painful till I feel like I wanna give up & go home.
Luckily, SUKHIEE has a box of milo drink with her & I drank it to cover up a bit of the pain.

Third day,
I think its the third day when all the ladies have to board on truck with high heels & baju kurung ._.
Early morning, we went to the hall & Mejar Hamid announced those who have to go home.
Due to various reasons, I was seriously sad because among 6 chinese girls who went for the selection, 3 were sent back. :'(
My roommate was one of them :'( SO SAD
But then luckily they were offered to sign up for the civilian students in UPNM, which means we can still meet each other.
So, after that, we were sent to sit for UJIAN PENGETAHUAN AM, UJIAN IQ & UJIAN PERANCANGAN.
Our staff are really kind because he gave us some answers for the questions we dont know ♥ ♥ ♥

Fourth day,
SHIZZZ. running. how long since I last ran? IDK. I forgot.
That day, we have to run 3.2 KM in 20 minutes.
And I ran 3.2KM in 21 minutes. LOL, so I counted failed.
Seriously tired because I'm those kind of people who sit in front of lappie for 24 hours rather than going out and exercise. HAHA
But the staffs there are sweet enough, keep inspire us to run faster.
"CEPAT AMOY CEPAT! DA NK SMPAI NI"
And guess what I answered? HAHA I was so bad, I said,
"JNGN NK TIPU LAA, TAU JAUHH LAGI."
& Who knows not even 1 minute, I saw the ending point already LOL
Awww, then its the public speaking session.
We were given different topics to talk.
Yas, Sarah & me got the same topic.
"WHY SOME COUNTRIES HAVE CURFEWS FOR TEENS"
But when it was my turn to talk, I was asked to change topic, DAMNNIT, so nervous like !@#$%^&*(
I didn't have any idea but I did talked a bit. What I did a lot was SMILE. HAHA
MY KEY TO SUCCESS : KEEP SMILING :) :) :) :) and then you get marks LOL.
Fifth day,
Awww, Ujian Kepimpinan day. Again, Yas, Sarah & me got into the same group. And what's funny is I was selected as the group leaders. Fifteen guys and three girls in one group. We really had a lot of fun. ?Miss that moment so much! & thanks to Yas and Sara for their encouragement that I actually passed the monkey rack fluently without climbing to the above like other girls :)

At night, the candidates from Subang, Sungai Besi, Sabah & Sarawak joined us in Melaka Camp.
Sixth day,
Rehearsal for interview. LOL, even interview also we have rehearsal.
In the evening, the interview for engineering candidates started.
Seventh day,
Interview for science & technology candidates.
My interview.
Everyone was so nervous.
Practised & practised what to talk about.
But when its my turn, guess what the interviewer asked me.
"Why are you wearing Baju kurung? Why dont you wear cheongsam? Cheongsam looks nicer. BLABLABLA"
I was like, !@#$%^&* wth?
HAHA but then in the end they asked,
1. Why do you want to enter UPNM?
2. If you're not chosen, where will you go?
Okay, at least they asked logic questions.
I heard some of them were asked to sing!
And a lot funny questions they asked.
a) How to cook mee goreng mamak?
b) How to cook asam pedas?
._.
What kind of interview that will ask those questions? But we do have fun HAHA
Eight day,
Management Candidates Interview.
Arrival of candidates from the first phase.
Arrival of candidates from the Royal Military College.
That evening, we started our physical trining.
Star jump, push up etc.
Non stop.
Seriously tiring.
BUT FUN.
Ninth day,
Medicine Candidates Interview,
For non Muslims, we were given the chance to go temple or church.
I chose to go temple.
But too bad there isn't any Buddhism temple around that area so they sent us to Taoism temple.
Some of them refused to pray, they aid they're Buddhist not Taoist.
For me & few others, we just prayed. I dont think there's much difference, if you really want to pray, nothing can stop you. Buddhism, Taoism or even Christian, we're just praying.
After praying, we went to a restaurant next to the temple, ordered drinks and spent time talking.
I didn't talk much on that morning.
Back to the camp, we were allowed to rest.
In the evening, we were gathered to measure our clothes sizes.
HAHA can't believe they actually give even inner clothes to us LOL
Tenth day,
We've got rehearsal for Lembaga No 3. The results will be announced on the next day. Everyone was nervous. Whether you'll be accepted or not, it's all on the next day. And on that day itself, my skin changed colour. There's two tones on my skin, one dark and one fair. Shit so ugly. That night, we were all divided army, navy & air force. I've got army, Sarah got navy while Yas got air force. Satisfied :) HAHA TIGA SEKAWAN, Sehati sejiwa :D Eleventh day, Lembaga No 3, Today is the day. After everyone gathered, we masuk baris according to the course & those who're selected & those who're not selected was told. Eventhough selected, deep inside my heart is still sad because I saw one of my friend, Yusrin cried :( She wasn't selected. She's on the simpanan list. Hopefully they can select her to join us if somebody back out. After all the "sunbathing" we had, we were finally allowed to go back to respective rooms. Then we were asked tp gather again to listen to the UPNM representative, Leftenan Kolonel Chan's briefing on what will we go through in UPNM. Then, the agreement forms were distributed. That night, again we were called to the hall. Then they will arranged us into army, navy & airforce again. LOL. ._. They actually simply choose, they dont see any criteria you have. ._. The heck. LOL Twelfth day @ Last day, Fuhhhh, IM COMING HOME, IM COMING HOME, TELL THE WORLD THAT IM COMING HOME :D HAHAHA finally, early morning waited for bus for a while & back to home! :D I was lucky enough to be back early, I heard bus to Kelantan only reached about 5 a.m. in the morning!! LOL #grateful P.S. These twelve days & eleven nights are really fun & enjoyable. I CAN GUARANTEE! :D :D *more updates about UPNM once I get in there. Ciao.
